Project Overview

Izdehar started from scratch. No legacy system to migrate, no old data to wrestle with — just a growing animal feed business of 200+ people that needed real infrastructure to match its scale. That's the clearest kind of ERP engagement: a blank slate, a complex operation, and the opportunity to get it right from day one. We came in, mapped every process from raw material intake to finished product delivery, and built a system around how their business actually runs — not how a generic enterprise template assumes it should.

Manufacturing is the heart of the system. Every feed product is defined by a precise bill of materials — the exact raw ingredient ratios that make up each formula. Production orders flow from sales demand, raw materials are reserved against available stock, and the shop floor works from clear work orders with no ambiguity about what to produce or how much. Batch tracking follows each production run from input to output, so quality issues can be traced and contained without guesswork. For a business where the product is consumable and regulatory — feed that goes into livestock — that traceability isn't a nice-to-have.

Inventory spans multiple warehouses across the operation — raw material stores, production buffers, and finished goods ready for dispatch. Every movement is recorded: goods received against purchase orders, materials consumed in production, finished batches moved to storage, and outbound deliveries matched to customer orders. Procurement is fully integrated: purchase requisitions trigger supplier comparison, orders are issued, and goods receipts close the loop against what was ordered. The result is that the procurement team stopped chasing paper and started managing suppliers.

The finance module runs the full accounting cycle — accounts payable and receivable, cost centers, expense tracking, and financial reporting — all localised for the Palestinian market. Tax handling, chart of accounts structure, and invoice formats reflect local requirements rather than defaults built for other markets. HR and payroll covers the full 200+ employee headcount: contracts, attendance, leave management, and salary processing all inside the same system that runs production and sales. No spreadsheets. No end-of-month reconciliation panic.

The outcome was a business that could see itself clearly for the first time. Management went from fragmented reports assembled manually across departments to a live view of production status, stock levels, outstanding receivables, and payroll — all from one place. Order fulfilment time dropped as the sales and warehouse teams started working from the same data. The finance team closed the month in days instead of weeks. And as the business continues to grow, the system scales with it — no replacement, no duct tape, just configuration.
