Project Overview

Dental clinics run on scattered tools — spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper charts, and basic accounting software that never talk to each other. Naab was built to replace all of it. We designed and developed a complete clinic management platform that gives dental practices a single system to handle every operational layer: patients, appointments, treatments, invoicing, inventory, and staff — with a unified view across every branch they run.

The product is built around the clinical workflow. Each patient gets a full profile that includes personal and contact data, visit history, a visual teeth diagram where dentists mark treated teeth, prescriptions, allergy tracking, financial balance, and attachments for X-rays and documents. Family grouping lets one account manage dependents. The teeth diagram alone — a visual, interactive chart tied directly to billing and treatment records — is the kind of detail that sets serious dental software apart from generic scheduling tools.

Scheduling, invoicing, and payments were engineered to work together. Appointments link to specific dentists and time slots. Invoices are generated from treatments, track through a full lifecycle (draft → partial → paid → overdue), and export to PDF. Payment entry is optimized for tablet use at reception — because that's how real clinics actually operate. The result is a complete financial trail from the moment a patient sits in the chair to the moment the invoice is settled.

Multi-branch support is a first-class feature, not an afterthought. One Naab account can manage multiple clinics, each with multiple branches — with a branch switcher available from anywhere in the app. Clinic analytics roll up across all locations, surfacing top-performing doctors, procedure volumes, and commission data. For growing clinic groups and chains, this is the capability no other tool in the market handles cleanly.

Naab is built for what's coming next. The roadmap extends the platform beyond the clinic walls: a mobile patient portal (WhatsApp-first, no app download, magic link login) where patients see their treatment plan, pay invoices, and ask questions; an AI X-ray analysis engine that reads scans, highlights findings, and suggests treatments for the dentist to review; an AI patient chatbot trained on each patient's actual records; and an AR smile experience — a real-time camera screen in the clinic lobby that shows patients what their smile could look like before treatment starts. Naab isn't just clinic software. It's the infrastructure for the modern dental practice.
