Petromall has spent 25 years building the supply chain that Palestinian plastic manufacturers depend on — sourcing polymers, masterbatch, engineering plastics, additives, and industrial dyes from the world's leading petrochemical producers and getting them to factory floors on time. With a distribution hub in Jordan and expansion into Turkey and North Africa underway, the operation had grown well beyond what informal systems could handle. They needed infrastructure that matched their scale: a proper ERP for the trading operation, and a professional digital presence that reflected who they actually are in the market.
The ERP was built around a distribution and trading model — no manufacturing floor, but a complex procurement and fulfilment operation that sources internationally and sells to a network of B2B customers across the region. Inventory management sits at the centre: every product line across warehouses is tracked in real time, from goods received against import purchase orders to stock reserved for customer orders awaiting dispatch. Procurement handles the full import cycle — supplier orders, landed cost tracking, and goods receipt — so the finance team always knows the true cost of what's on the shelf.
Sales and customer management reflects the B2B reality of the business. Customer accounts, order history, pricing, and outstanding balances are all in one place. Orders move through a clear fulfilment pipeline from placement to dispatch, with inventory automatically committed at each stage. Finance runs the full accounting cycle — accounts payable to international suppliers, accounts receivable from local manufacturers, and financial reporting that gives management a clean view of the business without assembling it manually from multiple sources.
Alongside the ERP, we built Petromall's product catalogue website — a clean, bilingual B2B platform that presents their full product range to plastic manufacturers. Polyethylene grades, engineering plastics, masterbatch concentrates, and industrial additives are all browsable by category, with product specifications accessible without a sales call. The site reflects the market position Petromall has earned over 25 years: a serious, reliable supplier that meets international standards — presented with a digital presence that says the same thing without a word.
